What is a Local Buddy?
A verified local who joins you for the things you love, like a beach day, a hike, a dinner or a party. Think of a friend who knows the place, not a tour.
How do I book?
Chat with your Local Buddy, agree on half or full day, and they send you an offer with the exact price. Accept it and pay in the app.
How do I pay?
You pay inside the app. Pay with Whish Money or Revolut: send the amount, upload the screenshot, and we confirm your hangout.
When does my Local Buddy get paid?
We hold your payment until you both mark the hangout as done. Then your Local Buddy gets their share.
Who pays for food and drinks?
Everyone pays their own food, drinks and entry, unless food is part of the package you accepted.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before, or if your Local Buddy does not show up.
Why can't I share my number in chat?
To keep everyone protected and every payment inside the app. Swap numbers when you meet in person.
How do badges work?
Nobody can give themselves a badge. Verified comes after our ID check, Trusted from great reviews, and Pro badges from completed hangouts.
