What we collect
Your name, email, birthday, profile details, photos, messages and bookings. We never ask for your phone number.
ID and license photos
Locals send an ID photo, a selfie and sometimes a driving license photo. Only our safety team can see them, and we delete them right after checking. We keep only the result.
Payment screenshots
Only you and our team can see them. We use them to confirm payments.
Who sees what
Other members see your public profile and reviews. Your email and birthday are never shown.
Your choices
You can change your profile anytime and delete your account from Settings.
