What we are
Roamigo connects visitors with verified locals for friendly hangouts in Lebanon. We are a platform, not a travel agency, and Local Buddies are not our employees.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and give true information about yourself.
Friendly hangouts only
Hangouts are about friendship. Romantic or sexual services are forbidden and lead to a ban.
Payments
Visitors pay in the app. We hold the payment until both sides mark the hangout as done, then the Local Buddy receives 85 percent of the fee plus the transport and food in the offer. We keep 15 percent of the fee.
No outside payments
Sharing contact details before meeting or paying outside the app is forbidden. Repeated tries pause the account, and confirmed outside payments lead to a ban.
Own costs
Everyone pays for their own food, drinks, tickets and entry, unless food is part of the accepted offer.
Cancellations
Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before, or if the Local Buddy does not show up. A later cancellation by the visitor, or a visitor who does not show up, is paid to the Local Buddy. Only bookings made in the app are covered.
Safety and bans
We can suspend or ban anyone who breaks the community rules, tries to take payments outside the app, or makes others feel unsafe.
Responsibility
Please take care of yourself and your belongings, follow local laws and use common sense. We do our best to keep the platform safe but cannot control what happens during a hangout.
